Stop being reality challenged and accept the truth, much of the Trump campaign was over the top dog whistling to disgruntled and extremist elements in US society such as the KKK.

I am not saying that all Trump supporters are KKK members.

Reality is Trump ran a very dark, fairly disgusting at times, race. It is not hard to figure out why minorities would feel threatened by his win, and just as easy to see why groups like the KKK are so thrilled. Trump is going to have to own it. RF1, a LOT of people are happy Trump won, as evidenced by the fact that he won a "unwinnable" election. Some are in the KKK. Some are in the black panthers. Some are members of #blm. Some are just everyday ordinary folks. But the fact is.... MANY are happy he won. Why are we focusing on a small group that we all agree is useless and meaningless overall? At this point, what does it matter what the KKK like?

I agree that the whole "basket of deplorables," "all Trump supporters are racists" rhetoric is going to only further divide people. The KKK are a bit like the living embodiment of really awful Internet trolls nowadays. They represent the worst of the darker side of humanity, but they only exist to distract people/call attention to themselves and basically cause a ruckus. Yes, historically, they were dangerous and criminal and did awful things and they idolize those darker times, but nowadays they're just like any other loudmouthed group with hateful ideas. Trump, having Internet troll-like qualities, attracted these people....but now Trump has to transition from angry meme-mode into an actual president and leader. I think a lot is going to change over time while that happens...he has a lot more people to answer to and convince now. I mean, let's see there's the entirety of Congress, some Supreme Court appointees and a host of world leaders on his "to deal with" list....the KKK are kinda low on the pecking order, so they're making a bunch of noise to get whatever attention they can.

Anyway, apparently Trump's campaign has denounced such groups, but like Internet trollz, groups like the KKK will probably keep endorsing him and making noise because that's what such groups do.

I don't know anyone who voted as a protest against crooked Hillary. We voted for Trump since we wanted a non career politician, a person who can't be bought, a person with not ties to wall street, the people are ready for a change a true change.

I have not been this happy about an election in my life, It is still like a dream come true for Trump to win.

Do some research his numbers were highest in a long long time, going back to Reagan/Bush era. He is actually correct
