I'm pretty sure we can all agree that mines are NOT the answer in this situation. That would be pretty horrific.

But if you listen to the rhetoric, including some said by persons on this forum, they'd be totally okay with that.

From what I've seen, Trump's supporters set the bar pretty low for him. So, it's okay if he doesn't keep his promises even though those promises are the reason why they voted for him.

I'm smart enough to realize that comments such as those to which you refer are often expressed in frustration over the comments of other posters, and are not necessarily how a person actually feels.

But if you listen to the rhetoric, including some said by persons on this forum, they'd be totally okay with that.

anything over the line is just a little bit of pent of excitability seeping out, they're all trying real real hard to keep a cool head. patience will win the day, just let trump get his ducks in a row.

I'm not a mind reader, nor should we expect anyone on this forum to be so. Everyone is frustrated in their own way, but I'd rather the person be honest and state how they really feel, because when they don't it comes off as being churlish. If they simply spend their hours here pretending to be one way on some issues, when, if you have some insider insight into their true feelings to the contrary - it's not going to improve hostility on any side. We're all a little old and fed up to be pretending right?

Perhaps the wall will turn out to be a metaphor. Figuratively, the wall has already begun. In fact it might even be done already. That would be one promise fulfilled and it's still just November.

The content available on a site dedicated to bringing folks to America should not be promoting racial discord, euro-supremacy, discrimination based on religion , exclusion of groups from immigration based on where they were born, disenfranchisement of voters rights based on how they might vote.
