Hey guys,

Bit of advice - I'm visiting my girlfriend tomorrow in Philadelphia on an ESTA, while I'm out there there is an event I'm interested in going to as I have an interest in US politics (https://soyp.ticketleap.com/borntorun/) - is this something that I'm able to do on an ESTA?

Yes, you can attend seminars on a VWP/Tourist visa.
