the immigrant has to fill out the G-325A twice as it has to be submitted with both the I-130 package and the I-485 package

the USC on the other hand has to fill it out only once for the I-130 package

No.. not at all... you've helped me a lot.

I am done... thank God...everything is almost ready. I just need to get one more passport photo.. we printed 4 for each one of us but my wife needs 5.

2 for I-765

one for I-130

and 2 for I-485

Let me ask you one thing, did you notarize those affidavits from your friends ?

Yeah, I just realized that your thing says that you will be getting married in a few weeks, that's great that you are already taking care of the paperwork. wish I had done that and maybe my wife would have her green card by now, but it's ok... I studied a LOT of immigration for the past few months and I learned a LOT, that's why I was so surprised that I didnt know 3 G325A forms were required... I am glad I found you. heheheh

Also, is it too much to ask if I asked you what kind of information your friends put on the affidavits ? I am trying to send as much as I can to make sure we don't get delayed by RFE's...

My soon to be brother in law wrote the letter for us. He talks about the stable and loving relationship my soon to be husband and I share and gives examples of times he has seen us together (a family trip, Thanksgiving etc).

He also included his address, phone#, and date and place of birth.

As you can see from my cover letter, we will also include a few pictures and a copy of our joint lease in order to show that our relationship is legit.
