Hey everyone,

Since we finally received my tax transcripts from 2004, 2005, I am going to be putting the whole thing together today and I will have some questions, the first one that I just thought about is:

- with the I-864 - I have my tax transcripts for 2004, and 2005, I also have my tax return for 2006, and letter from my employer stating how much I will be making this year (2007) - now my question is, do I ALSO need to include pay stubs ?

I included the last few pay stubs to prove I still had the job as of last possible minute before I filed.

Pay stubs and letter from employer are optional as indicated in the instructions included with I-864, you can include them is you feel that they will help your case.

I read all the instructions, one by one... but after reading so many instructions for so many forms and trying to absorb all the important information, I guess I forgot about this one.

"A copy of your individual Federal income tax return, including W-2s for the most recent tax year, or a statementand/or evidence describing why you were not required to file. Also include a copy of each and every Form 1099,Schedule, and any other evidence of reported income. You may submit this information for the most recent three taxyears , pay stub(s) from the most recent six months, and/or a letter from your employer if you believe any of theseitems will help you qualify."

ok I have another question.

With the I-485 I have to send a copy of biographical and passport number page, however, my wife has two passports, one with the visa (B-2) that she came here with and then that passport expired and they gave her a new one but returned the old one because of the B-2 not expiring until 2008.

So, which information should I put ? I am going with everything from the new passport except for the visa page.

Is that correct ?

I'm in the same situation. The passport with which I entered the country as an F1 student expired. Since it contains my visa, it was returned to me after it got invalidated. With my AOS application, I will submit copies of the biographical page of my old and current passport as well as copies of my visa, I-94, and entry stamp.

I am thinking wouldn't that make them confused ?

I think I am just going to send all the info from her NEW VALID passport and then a copy of her visa and entry stamps...

But then the passport number won't match the passport number on her visa...

I am going to send a copy of both... just to be safe.

Yep, I am sending both... just made a copy of everything from the old passport as well.

I have been sitting in my office with forms and photos and things all over the place for over 3 hours.. lol

I feel like a slow person. I had to re type the G325A forms.... but it is coming together.

Another question, does anyone have a Guide with everything that has to be included when you are adjusting from a B-2 visa ??? I can only find AOS from K-1... or K-3... but it is not the samething... I just wanted to look at someone's cover sheet to make sure I am sending everything.

2 with I-130

and 1 with I-485

For the I-130 package, I'm sending 2 sets of the G-325A: one that is filled out by me, the intending immigrant and one that is filled out by my husband, the USC

For the I-485 package, only the intending immigrant has to fill out form G-325A.

This is crazy. I thought I had this thing figured out and now all of sudden there is another G325A. I will just make a copy, no problem, but I wasn't aware that the immigrant has to send it twice. Oh well..
