Somewhat panicking

Hey all - my boyfriend sent in our I-129F form to the Dallas lockbox last Thursday, November 3rd, and we haven't received an NOA1 yet. I've seen other timelines (with applications being sent within this month) where it look less time from sending out and receiving an NOA1.

Should I be worried at all? I know the average time is 8 days, but my mind is thinking the worst at the moment (i.e. wrong location, wrong form, wrong process).

No, you shouldn't be worried, just give it a bit more time.

Yep as above, relax.

Sometimes it's 5-6 days sometimes up to a month.

I would say give it at least another week.

Also, if you used a check for the payment, check to see if they have cashed the check.

We received our NOA1 today! Thank Goodness - I'm terrible at this being patient game.
