Hi to all and thanks in advance for any help! This site is a great resource!

Question:

1. On G-325A, Biographic Information. "Applicant residence last 5 years." My fiancé is Filipina but works in Saudi Arabia. Should I enter her address in Saudi Arabia or her home address in the Philippines?

2. On G-325A, Biographic Information. "Applicants last address outside the USA"? My fiancé is Filipina but works in Saudi Arabia. Should I enter her address in Saudi Arabia or her home address in the Philippines?

3. Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance', Part 2, Question 29A. "Fiance' address abroad." My fiancé is Filipina but works in Saudi Arabia. Should I enter her address in Saudi Arabia or her home address in the Philippines?

4. Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance', Part 2 Question 35/35A. "Did you meet your fiance' or spouse through the services of an international marriage broker? If yes, provide a copy of her signed written consent authorizing release of her contact information. I met her on "Cherry Blossom" initially but canceled my subscription and continued contact with her via Facebook, Skype etc. Cherry Blossom was not involved in setting up contact or a visit with her other than publishing her online profile. Is Cherry Blossom considered a International Marriage Broker and if it is; what do I need to get from them to satisfy USCIS? There is NO written consent obtained from members.

Question:

1. On G-325A, Biographic Information. "Applicant residence last 5 years." My fiancé is Filipina but works in Saudi Arabia. Should I enter her address in Saudi Arabia or her home address in the Philippines? We used a separate page to list all residences of my partner for last 5 years. It's a basic "See attachment" and label all addresses with time frames appropriately.

2. On G-325A, Biographic Information. "Applicants last address outside the USA"? My fiancé is Filipina but works in Saudi Arabia. Should I enter her address in Saudi Arabia or her home address in the Philippines? Use whatever address she currently resides at, if it's Saudi it's Saudi.

3. Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance', Part 2, Question 29A. "Fiance' address abroad." My fiancé is Filipina but works in Saudi Arabia. Should I enter her address in Saudi Arabia or her home address in the Philippines? Use Saudi again if this is her current address. I

4. Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance', Part 2 Question 35/35A. "Did you meet your fiance' or spouse through the services of an international marriage broker? If yes, provide a copy of her signed written consent authorizing release of her contact information. And regardless, you still first met through that site. Not sure how that site works. Alot of people would say "If you pay for membership" it could be considered an IMB but, if you aren't sure print off their information and legal standings/terms to be sure. Even maybe include that in the petition itself just to cover yourself to avoid a potential RFE later on.

Agree with the that last part...check the website's terms and conditions and print out any portion that states that the site is NOT a marriage broker. This happens a lot so include the evidence up front.
