Does he know your address? he should go to his local USPS office or Fed Ex office. He can use google to find the one nearest to him.

He doesn't know where his local post office is?

DON'T USE USPS!!! If it absolutely needs to be there send it FEDEX.

Any FedEx store in USA will help him. Google is your best friend.

He can send it from his local Kinkos/FedEx and it will arrive malapit na.

USPS hands it over to PhilPost in Manila. PhilPost is very sketchy.

he know but they dont deliver express only regular and i need to have it soon before my interview..

Have him email everything to you including the I-134 if you are having your interview before he can get the I-134

He should use UPS, FEDEX or DHL to send the original I-134. But NOT the mail... stay away from having to use PhilPost

With all that said it is possible that USEM won't ask for any support evidence... but always.. be prepared.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

Unless he has a new employer pay stubs are not needed... and most times not asked for. Tax return & W2 are all that is needed, along with the I-134
