Hi.

Me and my husband married last oct 30 2015. Here in the philippines. We are seeking some advice my husband is a green card holder and 2 more years he can file a citizenship. We want to be together in US for good. What are the best way we can do? Are we gonna need to wait for the citizenship or file now for spousal visa even though he is a green card holder? What are the success rate of approval if he file now as a greencard holder? Please help guys.

Not really. It takes about 2 years for f2a and 1 year for the usc spouse. If her husband cant file for citizenship for 2 years, it will take 3 years. She could be here by then.

Hi guys im new here. And i would like to ask if how many months is the processing of spousal visa or I-30. Any success story here? We are planning to file spousal visa. But we still seeking for information about it. Any advice guys?

Currently, it takes just under 2 years from filing to interview for a Philipines based greencard holder who petitions their spouse. You are better off having your husband file now, and he can upgrade once he becomes a USC if you don;t have the visa by then.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
