You over thinking it! I know many African American women married to Moroccan men with happy marriages - I count myself amongst them :)

Oh my goodness thank you! I feel so much better knowing that :) Wish you and your husband many many more happy years :)

I know someone who just got k1 approved and he's Moroccan and his fiancé is African American. Don't worry about that! How many times have you been to see him and did you have an engagement celebration with pictures?

Oh good! I've been to see with twice while he was in Italy. We have plenty of pictures from those two visits. I'm going to Morocco next month to see him again, meet his family and have our engagement celebration.

I have talked to 3 on here

One waiting for interview

one approved and then visa revoked as they learned more about him and discovered he had issues

the other just applying

all these women are married and doing CR1

and remember,to deny K1 because you are black would violate your constitutional rites

you will be fine if his English and knowledge of you are good so tell him everything about you

My husband and I didn't have any problems when we did our K1 until it came to the drug test. We're doing a CR-1 now, and I never had any problems as far as my race goes in Morocco. Honestly, I think my husband loves me more because I'm black and totally different from Moroccan women. . .

When I was going through the process the lady I spoke with most was African American and her fiancé was Moroccan. They were approved for the K1.

I know it's a stressful, anxiety-inducing process, but there is no sense stressing over things you have no control over. Enjoy your trip to Morocco!

Yes, you are so right. Sometimes we need to be reminded of that. Thank you!

Oh good! I guess I'm more curious than anything. lol Yes, I defiantly agree. My fiance has said that about me as well :) We are going to try the K1 and see what happens. Wish you well on your CR-1 process! Also, thank you for your comment!
