Hello every one.

I am new here. I will like to ask if its possible for me to make call on behalf of my kids.

I live in the US with my husband a USC and i am a green card holder. He filled i 130 for our kids( his step children) in another country. We got a mail three weeksago that the case was approved and sent to NVC. He has tried on two occasion to call to ask if the case has arrived NVC,if possible to get a case number but the calls didn't go through as they were busy and he work long hours.

Can i make the call to NVC since my kids are the beneficiaries and underage.

Thanks

Yes you can call as the representative of the immigrants. They will ask for their names and dates of birth but since they are your children that won't be a problem for you to provide the correct information.

NVC are open from 7 am to midnight EST Monday though Friday. You can get through in minutes if you call between 7 and 8 am, I find.
