Do you check uscis app or case tracker on your mobile phone? A couple of Nov 29 cases were sent out letters I heard on Sept 13

My husband called USCIS again this morning and demanded to speak to an Tier2 officer again. I didn't think they would have anything useful to say but they said that our petition was APPROVED on September 12 and that the hard copy is on the way in the mail! The online status did not change yet, I did not get any notifications so I feel like I will only believe this is happening when we get the letter from USCIS, but I think our I-130 got approved!

Called this afternoon after you guys posted and asked for Tier 2. It's in process. Wait 2-3 weeks. If there is no communication then, definitely call back

I swear uscis is against us Nov 2016 filers. First we get stuck in HELL in Nebraska and then no update... 😡😡😡😡

The update is out. Nebraska is processing cases as of Dec. 9.

Still waiting though. But at least we can submit an inquiry.

Well guys, here it is...we are officially out of normal processing time (PD 12/6). Can everyone please share your experiences filing an inquiry? I have heard mixed reviews about it. Some have said that submitting an inquiry pushed their case back by 30-60 days and others have said it does not. I want to submit an inquiry but the last thing I want to do is push our case back even more. I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences because I won't bother doing it if it does push your case back.
