Nov. 28, 2016 PD here.  The next thing am looking out for is the USCIS processing times update this month, so I can finally inquire outside of normal processing time (assuming of course that they have at least moved forward by three days from the last update!).  Hubby and I were fortunate to be together the last two and a half months for a vacation and sadly, we didn't receive any highly-anticipated notice while he was away. So much worrying for nothing.

I do hope those whose cases are still pending, to finally get an approval this month.  It's been too long! We filed I-130 for me and my daughter and followed up with an I-129f (as it was free anyway). I humor myself that they haven't touched our cases as they're thicker than most.

I will not be surprised if the next NSC update shows that they are processing 29-Nov-2016.

This will not surprise me at all

I wouldn't be surprised either. But I will seriously flip out if that happens 😧

306 days since last status Change for I-130 (pd nov 9) which was nothing. I changed my address, submitted an inquiry, and still nothing. I did notice on my app on my tablet that all the updated dates and inquiries are no longer under our cases. Calling in the morning to find out what is going on. Could be good. Could be bad.

Same thing for I-129f (pd nov 28).....

309 days and counting! (PD Nov 7 for I-130), keeping my fingers crossed for another week of approvals from Nebraska! Wishing you all the best of luck

If you can get any straight answers, let us know. So many of us have PD of Nov and we are not getting any word but see Dec cases getting approved..

Yes please keep us updated! So unfair that they are approving Dec cases and just leaving Nov filers behind...

Ok I just have to vent and maybe this information will help some of you...

i just got my scheduled call back from a tier 2 ... I was calling yesterday to find out why I never received an update on my service request I was supposed to hear back on by September 11.

Anyway the lady kindly informed me that the reason I haven't heard anything and that my case is still processing (nov 21) was because I had my foreign address listed instead of my American one. Of course no one bothered to let me know this months ago and she made it sound like I would have already been approved if I had made this change. I never assumed this could have even been a problem as I received my initial noa1 at my Japanese address without issue. She informed me that I should have an approval within 15 days though I'll take that with a grain of salt. So if any of you have a foreign address listed I suggest calling to ask if that could be the hold up.

I'm so beyond fed up and frustrated with this entire process.

Omg that is crazy. I did a address change on line for myself back in April and my lawyer put my husband's foreign address on the 1-130 form as it's requested, so if those people don't know how to know the difference between addresses, oh God have mercy on all of us because they don't know what they are even doing ..
