Is anyone still waiting for NOA 2?

I sent my I-130 from Japan to the Chicago Lockbox on 11/25. I got my NOA 1 on 12/31.

So far I have heard nothing since then and I've checked my case status several times.

Is anyone else still stuck in limbo at the I-130 stage?

Yes lots of us who filed 1-130 in Nov 2016  are stuck. If your in NSC hope we get good results by the time uscis web site does updates. Pray 🙏🙏

Seriously you are out of the processing time line for Nebraska. Have you called them or made a inquiry through the web site? NSC is working on Nov 26, 2016 cases and soon to update this month..

Yes, we have done several enquiries, but they keep giving us machine generated response. They were supposed to get to us on August 30 for the last response we did, but no word. My husband has even sort help with his Senator and the Senator's immigration Liaison has also made several queries with no new information. It has been a constant battle with no head way just yet. We have tried all options available to us and now all we do is just wait until they decide to get to us.

Yes, sent from the Netherlands to Chicago Lockbox on 11/03, NOA1 on 11/07, still waiting for NOA2. Tried everything in terms of contacting USCIS, they say they are doing background checks and cannot tell us how much longer it will take. So in two days we will be waiting for 10 months at Nebraska....

Omg!!!! I am soooo happy for you. This means there is HOPE.  LOL. My date is 11/25.  I know it say 30 on my timeline.  But that means I should be approved by 10/6.  Then the next journey begins.   Hey TENNEH. UPDATE UR TIMELINE. 🤗

Do any of you also think that many of the delays are due to the current political situation? USCIS (as a part of the Department of Homeland Security) has been so busy lately with all kinds of versions of the Trump Travel ban, and now they will start to overhaul the DACA program (for children of undocumented immigrants): I am not sure if there is any factual evidence (I haven't been able to find any hard numbers to substantiate this claim) but I would not be surprised if all these developments also impact legal immigration (via the CR-1 and K1 procedures) for spouses of US citizens... :-(
