I just checked my case status it says " On January 26, 2017, we sent your case, Receipt Number SRC*********, to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing." 
Does that mean it is finally APPROVED! it been 2 months only thru Texas Service Center.

Thanks god we are so happy...

23  Sep 2019       Credit Card Charged (12:30 AM EST)

Yes. Approved and they sent it already to nvc. Congratulations!

Hi, congratulations on your approval! 

We were also sent to Texas Service Center. Are you doing DCF? Or did you/your spouse file from the US?

Thanks, wish you the same, Texas Center is a bit faster than other centers, hopefully you will get approved soon. 
It will be Consular processing...I live abroad and only my wife in the US, and she filed the Petition.......

Congrats. Mine was approved too. I am just waiting for them to send to the Department of State too ..
