I don't think it will make any difference either because at that time they will tell you that its under Review... we just can't get away with NSC Hell. I just hope they should do something regarding the old petitions and get it out of the way.

Ah, you are still waiting too?! We are also Nov 7 and my husband called and called and even contacted our representative in California. Their office contacted USCIS, said that they are doing some background checks on our case and cannot say what they are doing or how long it takes... so basically a lot of words without saying anything..... 290 days and still NOTHING :wacko: I can't handle it anymore...

I have an immigration lawyer. All she told me is to wait tooo. I'm at 290 days now.
