263 days and still waiting... My PD is Nov 29th and NOA1 is Dec 2nd 2016. I called the USCIS and the lady said that I'm within normal processing time. I asked her "Define" Normal processing time and then she repeated the same thing, "sir, you are within normal processing time". Then I just hung up... Surreal!

Sameshit i been told lets wait for spetember 15 nd see what happened but the question is if we get to September without approval what r we gonna do reachin 10 month

The sad thing is, there is nothing we can do.

Just take it like a man (or a woman), and wait.

I'm glad school is back and BPL (British Premier League) is back, helps me keep my mind off this BS hole of Nebraska

Yes. I did inquire. I called and asked to talk to tier 2 representative. All they told me is that I have submitted an online inquiry on July 10th and it told you to wait 90 days. You have only waited 30 days. She told me that my case is already under review but sometimes background check takes longer for some people and she told me to be patient.

Its so easy sayin that but living with it its not that easy in fact its harder then u think cz u start to get alot of toughts like why so long eith other ppl b4 and after me been approved u start to worry over nd over nd obviously there is somethin wrong but we dnt know what is it but at the end nothin we can do like u said all we have to do is wait

Yes I agree. and you know what I would hate the most!! If after waiting for like 9-10 months, the letter came requesting for evidence!!! then guess what? We need to submit evidence and that will take a few more freaking idiot months!!

Omgggggg what the hell 90 days thats fkn bs now when it passes my normal processing im gonna go with the same sht 😡😡😡 i think i have to go in person nd talk with a supervisor in manhatan
