Congratulations on the approvals this past week. I have a friend who also has the same date as ours that had an RFE and got approved Friday. Nothing has updated online or in the app. 262 days and counting the days until I see my husband again. Here's to next week. I hope for good news. I was able to actually put in an inquiry. That's a little bit of action......

Yes I filed my petition 1-130 in November of 2016 and the 1-129F (K3) Dec 2016 and still have heard nothing. Nebraska Service Center is slower at these petitions then any other service centers and if u look at uscis web site California Service center isn't doing the 1-130 for a US Citizen filing for their spouse so now Nebraska is more backed up.. who else is a Nov/Dec filer that is stuck in Nebraska? It's our turn...,

November 7 PD date, still stuck at Nebraska... :-(

From what I learned earlier, service center play games with the dates to improve their performances. They are held accountable (to a certain degree) by congress for all the delays, so they jump ahead in the cases and then publish an average date they are working on to actually hide their lack of performance. It is what it is right now and it is only up to us to patiently wait or get frustrated. The outcome is not gonna change in either case. Good luck to all

All I know is those of us who are Nov & Dec 2016 filers need to stick together and file complaints to our senators and congressmen as what is happening to US is not fair. Nebraska is slow and we are not treated fairly

We have tried contacting my husbands senator via phone and have faxed through an appeal for help with Nebraska. 2 weeks and we have heard back nothing. Yes if we all appeal we might make some noise and get a reaction 👍🏻

I've already called and spoke to a Tier 2 Representatives. It seems like they are having trouble with security clearance. For some people it actually take longer. I guess that's why we do not get approved yet but we are definitely already under review I believe.

However, I do feel the frustration you guys are feeling. It is tough waiting for so long so I don't mind everyone complaining here.

Thanks for sharing that. I hope so, I just wish we would receive some sort of notification that they are reviewing it, so we don't all wonder what's going on.

Yes! I agree 100%. I called just to make sure my case is for sure under review. I was so mad when the representative mistakenly said that my case is in line for review, but good thing she clarified and told me that it is already under review. The response on my inquiry on July 10th was to wait 90 days and that my case is already under review. I've already waited 30 days so hopefully it gets approved within the this month or next month.
