I called today and spoke to a Tier 2 Representative. All they told me is that July 10th, I have submitted a service request, and the response told me to wait 90 days from July 10th. I have waited 30 days already. She said just to be patient and wait 60 more days because all cases are different. She also said my case is already under review. URGH!

You guys! We got approved!! This process has been so tough and it's not over yet but we got an update on the app this morning, on the day of our anniversary party with my extended family and there were definitely some tears! I know it's so, so hard, and I know I am really lucky to have my husband here in New Zealand with me but that day will come for all of you x

As much as I am happy to see another approval. I am more happier when it is someone who is way past the normal processing time.   Like the person with the October 26 PD.  I'm sooo praying for that one to get approved!!!

Yes I filed my petition 1-130 in November of 2016 and the 1-129F (K3) Dec 2016 and still have heard nothing. Nebraska Service Center is slower at these petitions then any other service centers and if u look at uscis web site California Service center isn't doing the 1-130 for a US Citizen filing for their spouse so now Nebraska is more backed up.. who else is a Nov/Dec filer that is stuck in Nebraska? It's our turn...,

I think I may be in the same boat with u.  Because of the security clearance they claim hasn't come back yet. Yes. I'm praying for u more than myself because u been waiting longer.   That's why sometimes when I see others "gripe". I be like oh Lord.  If only they knew.  There is also someone here with a sept PD. Yes!!!   So let the people who been waiting longer get thru first !!
