Nebraska just updated their processing times and now they are up to November 26 as of today.

This is the worst mind and nerf wrecking process ever.

It does not get any worse than this

Dang... why can't they approve earlier Nov cases before they update the processing time. This is even making the earlier Nov filers panic more.

This is horrible but hey nothing we can do but wait. However, I know for a fact they have touched and approved some December cases.

I just called and spoke to a Tier 2.

He only said that they are processing Nov 26 and that I have to wait a little more (PD NOv 29).

He also mentioned that if we are not approved by teh end of the month, to call back

What? So that means Nov 7th should be approved by like Today at this very second! I really have to call tomorrow. Sigh this is annoying.

People!!!!!  There are extensive background security clearance that all applicants have to go through. It can take 30-120 days.  So all you guys talking as if there is some method ..  there is no method.  Just unlucky for us we get caught up in that.  My case is pending security clearance and no ETA..  so just be patient cause we have no control..   also. Our POTUS the one "we" elected has put this in place to make our country "safer".

How do u know ur in security clearance? When I search for my file on the app its says case was received

I made an inquiry. They told me.  Then I had the congress make an inquiry.  Got the same thing. New in process since new POTUS. deeper security checks.  And they are done on petitioner and beneficiary. And they made it clear that they CAN NOT BE EXPIDITED
