So I've checked. Yesterday some cases are mailed to submit more evidence. (3 cases for Nov 7th.) My guess is they are working on Nov cases. Hang tight!

Over the last couple of days via the app I use PD 11/30 and 12/5 were sent RFE. There was also an earlier Nov case that was approved, I think PD 11/15 or so on Monday. It won't let me see that one.

Interesting.. They are handling cases all over the place now...  Maybe some do take longer for security check. I emailed my lawyer and she said if I send a mail to Senator, it's most likely that I will get generic messages. I think I'll wait one more month before I do that.

Lol you should try with 500 cases. It will show more result. My lawyer also told me that this year there is a significant delay for I-130. It was faster last year.

I also think some of the agents work faster than others on the cases that they are assigned.  So some may still be working on cases from November and others have moved into December.

That may be true too. It's also this season of the month where a lot of people take vacation. It could be that the officer is on leave for some time.

Dang I received some notifications from the app that some cases were sent to department of state. I thought it was mine  lol

Nebraska just updated their processing times and now they are up to November 26 as of today.

This is the worst mind and nerf wrecking process ever.

It does not get any worse than this
