What to tell you, it marks 9 months today for my i130, and in ten days it will be the same for my K3 🤷🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️

I think once we all get our visas and get to the states we should have a meetup somewhere because we all deserve a MASSIVE drink!

I called USCIS yesterday and asked to be transferred to tier 2.

They called me back about 2.5 hours later.

The officer was very nice. Told me that my file has being assigned to an officer since 01-June and that it has been pending since then (Total BS).

He put in an inquiry for me to find out what's the hold and told me I'll get an answer in 15 days (22-Aug).

I think he was just blowing smoke, but we'll see

I also don't know what to say... PD Nov 7, so over 9 months of waiting now. My husband called USCIS many many times, no news. We contacted our representative's office to see if they can help us in some way, no luck. Nebraska seems to be really backlogged.. Does this mean that the NVC stage will probably have a backlog too? :-(

Yea we had exactly the same, the file has been assigned to an officer since June 14, but no news since. They filed an enquiry on July 18, didn't hear anything since..

We are the same. Nov 7 PD.  I see many Nov 7 cases still pending. I seriously think it's just that one officer handling the cases is being very slow

I hate that the USCIS App is telling me every day that cases similar to mine got updated lol. But I also don't wanna turn it off haha.
