Still a waiting game and frustrated to see cases before and after mine being approved.  Which makes me wonder if our having an application for myself and my child makes it slower than the rest? May I know if those whose dates have been bypassed have a single application or filed simultaneously with their child/children?

I have filed for a K3 visa I-129F aswell as the I-130.. Perhaps that is holding up our application... 🤔

as of now that's still normal processing time, times have increased, its up to 8 months now.

If I had to take a guess I'd say your date should be the end of July,  I saw some approvals for the 21st and 25th.

Only one suggestion: be patient and get busy doing something else meanwhile.

Watching hte paint dry is not gonna make this process any faster.

I know it is easier said than done, I'm on the same boat also

248 days and still waiting... simply crazyyy... Just don't understand how come they don't transfer to other service centers when they are way ahead of NSC and processing I-130 from either Feb or March of 2017.

So many cases from Nov and earlier dates are still stuck and needs to be processed, but they just started processing Dec cases.... Seriously???

My PD is November 22, 2016 Nebraska Service Center

The good thing with NVC, you manage your time with them. I received my Welcome letter on July 17, I made my payments within 2 weeks ( I did not have to deal with the payment issues that they had) also the ds-260 and sent out my paper work out as well, the only thing I sent my papers to the wrong suite 200 instead of 100 (I had to sent them yesterday again on 8/4). They will receive them on Monday august 7. I hope they scan them the same day. As soon they scan my documents I can start counting my 11 weeks to close my case. I made my 6 steps in 3 weeks due to i have to send my papers twice. :jest:

I hope everybody can do NVC so fast.

Good luck everyone.

Hmmm, so far, three of us filed both I-130 and I-129f and one with a single application. No one filing simultaneously with a child. Can't really say if having a I-129f filed is a factor.
