Oh sorry. My mistake.  You are right.

Its Notice of Action.(NOA)

I will make a correction right now.

Congrats to you! Should the early November filers do anything about this? I tried calling USCIS but there are no options to speak to someone? Anyone have experience with this?

Call them and then select option 1 for english

Then select option 2 for not having a case #

And again select option 2 for not being able to find your case #

You will be then transferred to talk to tier 1

I got approval email today morning 4am.

The actual approval date was on July 25, 2017 according to USCIS.

I have updated my VJ Timeline.

PD: 28 Nov.

NOA1: 1st Dec

NOA: 27th July ( Actual approved as of USCIS is 25th)

Congratulations! We got the same PD. It's crazy... The case number above and below ours got approved but ours didn't change at all

From what I learned earlier, service center play games with the dates to improve their performances. They are held accountable (to a certain degree) by congress for all the delays, so they jump ahead in the cases and then publish an average date they are working on to actually hide their lack of performance. It is what it is right now and it is only up to us to patiently wait or get frustrated. The outcome is not gonna change in either case. Good luck to all

I am disgusted, but this might be very true. Just checked few cases  from Nov and it feels you're spot on.

This was posted on the other Nebraska forum. Congrats on all the approvals and figured this should be here in case anyone else sees transfers/movement.

Do we know the source of this info? I checked the USCIS site and did not see anything about I-130 cases being transferred recently.

Just another member in the Nebraska 130-2 forum. I didn't see anything on the USCIS site either but they are slow to notify... so who knows...

I just ran a query on those numbers and they were the only two I could find in that group which were transferred. Wonder if it was for someone petitioning for two relatives at once? All other cases still have case was received status

Not happy at all 10 cases before and after mine has been processed. Not understanding why mine is overlooked.:(

I'm sorry :( it would make sense they process cases in order but that's not how it works. Some are expedited, others get delayed for different reasons, some take longer, who really knows what's their system. Try not to fixate too much on it. File an inquiry if you can, and I hope you get your approval soon!

Those are nice words.  The key to all this is to stay positive..  but those were very nice words
