Hi everyone, I am reading through your forum to get an idea of how the waiting will look like.

 

As a word of advice from you to me, is there anything we can do during this time to prepare ourselves for the day we get notified of the NOA2? Is there something we should do immediately that isn't obvious but you guys know about? I heard from one VJ threat that she didn't know about a certain step and because of that they waited two weeks to take action and thereby lost two weeks.

 

Is there a threat you can point us to? Or a list of actions to follow? Do we hand in a pack of bona fide marriage proof again?

 

What I think we need to do:

- Collect Tax information

- I need to get the Police report from various countries - doing my home country last as this one needs to be recent while the other ones are valid longer

I got the text notification from USCIS several hours before the app dinged me, so if you are signed up for text alerts then you may prefer to just trust and wait. Best of luck to you and all still waiting !
