AJLove that's not how it's read. USCIS publishes data around the 15th of every month providing details on the applications that it was last processing and there is a buffer of 45 days to validate the data and then publish it. The bottom date says the date the page was last updated.

When I called once I was told I need to go by the date at the bottom of the page which shows when it was last updated. That was last month when it still said Oct 31. I then asked well if that is correct how come November cases are being approved? There was a pause and the rep thought about it lol. Then she says, oh well all I can tell you is you need to go by the date at the bottom of the page. <_<

They say it can take up to 6 weeks. Keep the faith!! What does your status at USCIS say? Don't forget we had a holiday in there too and they don't work.

I just called about my case because it is pass processing date and the guy inputs an inquiry for me. Then he say it will take 15 days to get a response. I ask him why it take so long to get a response to the inquiry and he tells me because it takes 7 days for the postal service to deliver the mail tbey answer and send it back. I say so you printing it and putting it in the mail. He say yes. I ask why don't you send them electronic. Phone goes silent. 😐😐 I say can you explain the process to me again so every time some submit an inquiry you send mail? Phone goes silent 😐😐. Then he ask me can he help you with anything else. I say I was waiting for you to answer he say I did answer ma'am. I'm still like 😐😐.....Why lie but if he was joking I don't think it was funny. My PD date is Nov 9th. Nothing about this is funny.

This pretty much sums them up right there.🙄 I'm sorry for your frustrations. I have had similar experiences. I am going to refer to them as the "misinformation" line. It all depends on who you speak to. The last girl I spoke to was really kind, she must have been new 😂 🙄. She just reiterated that they are processing November 15 cases and there's no accurate order between the beginning of the month and the end of the month as the date Nov 15 could have had 100 cases filed on that day as opposed to say 20 cases filed on November 9. So they get backlogged and overlap. so that makes sense and gives me some comfort knowing that there isn't something wrong with my case it's just the luck of how many cases were filed on and around my PD. I guess that's why it's so hard for them to get accurate processing times. They are also probably put on different desks with different agents and it depends on that individual agents capacity and speed to work through them also. So it's the luck of which service centre, what PD and which agent I guess.

Thanks. I spoke to a nice girl last month. She end up transferring me to a tier 2. Some or nice and some can be very rude. They will be better off just telling us the truth. It's hard to even make plans this way.

November 23rd 2016 is my priority date filed through Nebraska Service Center. i-130 for my spouse in the DR. I am a US Citizen. Still waiting. Even asked my senator to inquire. They did and I got a response that did not give me any idea where they were in the processing. I can't inquire through the website, says not enough time yet.

According to my app, they have started processing some cases for late November. There were a couple with PDs of Nov 21. You should hear something soon. But then again this process is not concrete. There are still some with earlier PDs waiting.

Where do you see this in the app? I downloaded the app from this chat but it does not show me the info you are referencing.
