In my experience, it will only allow you to submit one if your case if outside of normal processing range. Every time I have tried to submit the report I get a message stating I am within the normal time range and that a case number may or may not be generated which means, one has not been. According to the USCIS site, Nebraska is currently processing cases as of October 31, 2016. However, we know that is not true because November filers here have been getting approved. You can try calling but, they probably won't offer much help. As far as the response time for the service request I am not too sure of that.

I just browsed your timeline. You should be hearing something soon. Also according to VJ your case should be adjudicated between June 29, 2017 and July 12, 2017. That's just an estimate. For some it's been spot on, others have been waiting far beyond the estimated dates. However, it gives a little hope. :)

Thanks a lot for offering your thoughts and yes that was the thought I had too. Calling too doesn't help as the agents aren't able to provide much more information and I feel that the turn around for the enquiry form is long too. Yes still with range of the timeline and hoping it comes through :)

This one...Click on the bell and set your settings for "Real Time Updates"

Then every time a case similar to yours is approved, you will receive a notification. However, you must enter your case number and set your notification criteria.

I will find the screen shot I posted previously...one moment

It is working now. I deleted and redownload it. Thanks

Where do u put ur case number

I forget exactly, as mine is already set. Try adding it under case lookup tab. I believe you can save it there, then this enables you to use the other features such as the real time updates.

Yes you have to add the case number first.

The iPhone app version of this doesn't seem to have a settings option that lets me get real time updates.

This is true and can't find where to put the case number in the android system
