I hope they will start on November petitions soon. My patience starts to run out after almost 6 months of waiting. I know i am not the only one waiting this long..but aaarrrghhhh..

Case approved yesterday. I received an email this morning PD NOVEMBER 22, 2106

TIMELINE

29 December 2015 - married in Dominican Republic

 

USCIS Phase

21 November 2016 - I-130 sent to USCIS Chicago Lockbox 

22 November 2016 I-130 received at Nebraska Service Center

25 November - NOA1 received in the mail

???? - NOA 2 via e-mail, app and USCIS website

????- NOA 2 received in the mail 

????- Case Was Sent to Department of State 

 

NVC Phase

????- Case received by NVC

???? - NVC case number assigned

???? -  DS-261 Completed Online
???? - Welcome e-mail received, AOS fee paid
????- IV fee Invoiced, IV fee paid
????- DS-260 Completed
???? - AOS and IV package sent

Congrats to all who have been approved. I recently downloaded the USCIS case status app and I have been seeing many approvals for Nebraska. This is exciting! My PD is 12/12 so gives me hope that an approval is on the way. 

 

There was even a case which popped up on the app PD 12/4 that was returned to USCIS because the notice was undeliverable. Hopefully they will get through November soon.

I must not have the same app cause I don't see any updates for November yet. Can you send me the link to the app?

There was two with the same name, they are for android. I tried them both but the one I use is better than the other. It is the "USCIS Case Status" by Spinach Mobile LLC (sorry, on my work PC can't send the link)

How do you know what center it went to ??

You put your information into the app and there is an option to get real time updates. You can set it to only show cases similar to yours and set a date range. Between yesterday and today I have gotten several updates. When the notifications pop up it shows the Country, service center, date applied, previous status and current status

I'm happy for y'all.  My PD is November 23,2016. Hopefully my approval is next.
