After 329 days, GUESS WE ARE APPROVED YOU GUYSSSS 😊😊😊😊 Will be sure when we receive the letter in mail lol  p.s. I also found out they terminated our K3....People who said i129f is waste of time

I hope they will start on November petitions soon. My patience starts to run out after almost 6 months of waiting. I know i am not the only one waiting this long..but aaarrrghhhh..

Hehe, guilty too... need to get another hobby! This checking USCIS everyday thing is turning into an addiction... ;-)

Well..just so you know you might are already approved and don't even know yet. Yesterday i got a new update also via case tracker app that our cases are sent to the Department of State.

 

To the people who are already at NVC do you think calling NVC in two weeks would make sense? Or should i wait a lil longer? I need to link my daughters case to mine as well..i have to call either way. Is anybody doing the CEAC Upload process?

I called NVC every week lol it did take over 2 weeks to receive the case and invoice number, which i received last night. Wish we could do the CEAC upload but DR isn't on the list :( 

Yay for getting your NOA2 hardcopy and moving on to Dept of State!!

Hi, I want to start my police check application, as here in Australia it can take up to 30 days. I called NVC and they said they do not require fingerprints unless they specifically request for them, so I am going to get the full police check certificate from the AFP (code 33) without fingerprints. Is anybody providing fingerprints aswell? 🤔

hello guys its been 7 month since NOA1 and nothin shows yet no sign of approval for i130 spouse iam a us citizen and everytime i check on usics website it says case was recieved is there something wrong with my case ?is it suppose to say intial review or proccesing or anythin its been like that since i got the receipt notice plz help im so frustrated

I see you are at Nebraska Service Center. They have been approving more I 130's lately, what is your PD? Our case took 204 days for approval at Nebraska. Hang in there, immigration is a rollercoaster that we are along for the ride

I think you are getting close to approval. Believe me I know exactly how you feel! Check out the November I 130 filers thread  or the Nebraska I 130 thread, you will get an idea of what dates are being approved. 

If you haven't received any RFE try not to worry something is wrong, I know, easy for me to say. I seriously was losing it the week before we got approved.

i just wanna ask u is the time line on vj correct cz it says between july 1st and july 10th u should get an approval if u i dnt i should call
