Ah ok. I know they do but for the citizen process they did not take that longer in my case.

I also filed for my last husband 6 years ago and wish I had waited. I really feel that's why it's taking so long with my case. I hope it doesn't affect it. Feeling really sad about it.

They say when you file a i130 you can also filed i129 so they can come while the i130 is being processed. I called you check on the i129. They said it takes almost as long as the i130. Just don't understand it....

You don't have a timeline.  Or it is blocked.   What is your date ??  Please don't feel sad. Everything happens in due time.

I agree. I wonder the same. They say the cases are worked in the order received but that does not appear to be true or I guess it depends on which case worker receives it. We are 228 days waiting now.

We are 241 days and still no word. I can relate. I am just learning to take one day at a time. Each passing day takes us closer!

jajjja same situation for me. i was so excited starting the week and so disappointed on Fridays.

My husband also filed both I130 and I 129F, but I don't think that helped at all.

I HAVE READ THAT K-3 VISA IS OBSOLETE. THEY SHOULD TELL PEOPLE THAT, SO PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE EXTRA MONEY THINKING THAT THE PROCESS WILL BE FASTER WHEN IN FACT IS THE SAME TIME AS A REGULAR I-130.
