Hello, my husband and I filed in November also. It has been 212 days as of today and haven't heard anything Neberksa center. Has anyone else heard anything?

You can not imagine how happy I am, I also have another petition for my husband PD nov 22, this one is still pending.

That is sad. One more month after the website has already updated to Oct. My PD is Nov 9th. I called and they told me I had to wait until the site states it is pass my date which will be another month. With them telling you another month after that is ridiculous. The guy told me the site gives a target date sometimes they make that target sometimes they don't. I asked to speak to a tier 2 and he told me that person will only tell me the same thing. It's hard to understand when others with a later date are getting approved. I asked why that is so and the guy tells me it is because people send in different information.

The day I worote that, they approved my case. Every time you call over there is a waste of time. Seriously I called like 50 times in 3 months and always had the same answer lol

It's good to hear you were approved. Congratulations!!! This is such a long process but I don't understand why. I know they receive many applications but what do they have to do with each one that takes almost a year to complete? And this is just the first step.

What I do not understand is why work with cases that they received after us. I have seen many cases from middle November approved before mine that was oct 25.

I wanna say they do background checks.  And some may take longer than others.  I know mine may take long.  Cause when I filled out the application I could not provide any case numbers or exact dates for when I filed for my first husband over 12 years ago.  But we will see. Nov 30 is my date
