I hope they will start on November petitions soon. My patience starts to run out after almost 6 months of waiting. I know i am not the only one waiting this long..but aaarrrghhhh..

Hehe, guilty too... need to get another hobby! This checking USCIS everyday thing is turning into an addiction... ;-)

Congratulations!!! Same PD as mine. Hopefully I will hear something soon too!!! I want to call but I don't want to hear the website text recited to me. Seem like they were going fast then when Nov turn came around they slowed down tremendously.

Hi. Thanks all. I checked the USCIS case tracker thing as I have been doing daily for the past month - almost drove me insane! 

 

Im a bit worried about NVC because last year we applied with he assumption the whole process would take 6-7 months. My family has to mobilize in the US in August to start school and based on current timelines I might have to stay back and wait. I can update here or is there a forum people from this group move onto for the next stage?

2016-11-25: I-130 NOA1

2017-07-21: I-130 Approved (after 238 days)

2017-08-01: NVC Received

2017-08-05: AOS Bill/Paid

2017-08-30: Case Completed (Electronic processing)

2017-10-03: Interview date (U.S Consulate in Sydney Australia)

2017-10-03: Visa Approved

2017-10-15: Received visa/passport

2017-10-20: LAX POE

Remove Conditions: 

2019-07-22: I-751 Sent to AZ

2019-07-24: Received and Scanned

2019-08-02: Received 18 month extension Letter

Yes. Checked on the official USCIS website. I don't have the physical NOA but I imagine with international post I may not get it for a week or two.   At for NVC - fingers crossed!!!

Congratulations!!! So glad to see someone got an approval!!!! I was worried the holiday made it even less people being approved!!!

Mine too.. Believe it or not one day it took one day backwards but the next day added two days so basically I was on the same thing again lol I was like huh 😲😵😐😶 speechless....but you got to laugh it through🤷🏻‍♀️
