Just go on your Timeline and scroll all the way down and you will see adjudicated date. It will say from what date to what date you should receive your noa2....and how you know it's moved? By just following it, you can see if it's the same or it's changed aka moved:)

Thank you :) it tells me that there is no enough information !

when I searched for csc I saw some cases  with PD Jan 2017 were approved , does this means that there is a problem with my case ? Because my PD is Nov 18, 2016 ??

What should I do ?

I called NVC Tuesday and was told our case wasn't there. The man asked when we were approved and then laughed and said call back in 6 weeks. I was like Wth. I'm calling end of the week to see what I'm told. We were approved May 24, same for you?

We were approved on the 25th. The person we spoke to was very friendly and said it takes about 7 days for it to be in the system, maybe try and call back? We got an email from the USCIS saying it was sent on the 3rd of June.

K&D,

My situation is a bit different then yours. I am the USC, living in the states. I had no issues at all going to my husband's country, nor returning to the USA. Front loading is when you include more evidence of your relationship then what USCIS requires on the I-130, for example I included boarding passes, passport stamps, any receipts from my husband's country. Such as ATM, tours, hotels, also sent 50 pictures.

Side loading is for NVC, since I've made 2 visits since petitioning, I will include my passport stamps, boarding passes, hotel receipts ECT. Just a bit more evidence to go with what I've already submitted.

What visa was your husband approved for? Visitor Visa?

Hi Mary Lou that is what i plan to do as well we filed in January and i have made three trips to USA since being married and my husband about to make his third at end of month to visit me.  So i plan to include the boarding passes or emails confirming bording for both of us plus recent pics. I will include my stamps from passport. Hubby is USC so doesnt have stamps and when he visits he uses the kiosks he hates stamps. Thought was gonna overdo it but i see great minds think alike.

PD Nov 10, got an online notice today (June 7) that  we were approved on June 5th. The timeline was showing later dates (after June 10). Stay positive everyone :)

Congrats! How did you get notified? Via email or regular mail? Or did you check the online case status on the USCIS website? I signed up for the email updates but not sure if they are working at all.. My PD date is Nov 7 so I am really hoping for some news this week! Congrats again on your approval :-)

I think you should not worry.  My PD is Nov 7th (they received our case at Nov 4th) so you are after me, and i still have no news.  I dont know what you saw but one thing i know is that every USCIS center work in their own speed....and i seem to be in the slowest one as people say, Nebraska center lol

Hi Jan,

I think the evidence we will send is quality and strengthens our cases. Yes :) great minds think alike!! Our case got sent to NVC yesterday! Yay!!

November filers have faith, there is no rhyme or reason with immigration or the Nebraska hell hole, that's why we have each other for support.
