Would you know what Nebraska is currently working on. What date/ month for citizens?

Ive been trying to find a place to look this up but haven't been able to...

As per Uscis.gov they are working on sept 30.  As of march 31.   According to this site.  They are working on nov 1.  Some people with PD of nov 11 and down have been approved recently.  Use your timeline. And also the processes times in the menu to help.  Click there. The Nebraska process times. And it will show u who have been approved.  Hope this helps

As of end of march Csc was working on dec 2016 for citizens and aug for permanent resident.  If u a citizen and u have not heard anything with PD of nov 3. U should call

My husband was a PR till a week ago. We just sent in his naturalization letter last week; they said you've to give them 60days to process it. Not sure if this is gonna hurt my timeline or benefit it. It's too soon for them to have shifted me in the citizen category right?

My date is nov 25 and there are about 200 I-130 received that day.  ONe requested more info on May. 30.  So guess what. They looking at them now peeps. Use case tracker.  It's a bit useful

Based on your post, did a little research on the # of applications. Seems there are over 710 cases received by USCIS on Nov 17th. Not trying to scare anyone, but seems there can be some serious delay in handling Nov cases. Also not sure how many cases were filed in first half of Nov.

Wow!!! Could the increase in applications be due to the price changes around that time? I can't remember when the increase was effective but the filing fee did increase to over  $500 after we filed.

Did you filter by I-130? I filtered and only saw roughly 300 for my date.

Yes, I did filter by I-130 and also did not count the transferred cases. Of course my numbers are based on the USCIS updates. If they have not updated the transferred cases, then there might by anomalies.

So many things to track! Ha!  I'm going crazy, as it seems all of us are, in just waiting for this. It's like we are on mile 25 of the marathon. So close but not there....after 6.5 months of hearing nothing I can see why my eyes are twitching. Not to get into politics, but my lawyer is booked out over a month to see him, and he stated the fees were one issue but also due to the change in political climate so people were rushing to get applications in. Not sure if that's super true, but perhaps another reason there is the high volume! Again-not wanting to get into politics, ha! Keep up the hope everyone! We have made it this far just a bit more to go!
