Compared to Aug/Sep/Oct Threads i mean. No updates here..sometimes one person throws out some infos. My Case tracker App on Android sucks..it doesn't show many cases and only from the same day..I feel super lost lately..

Lol. Okay, Our PD November 8, 2016 And got approval from the USCIS site on May 9,2017 . My husband the petitioner received the hard copy of NOA2 and the notice date is actually May 8,2017  ( 6 month in the making.) Were actually surprised for we have two petitions (Canada for me  and my daughter , a minor, Lives in the Philippines), we are anticipating for the delays. So I was so busy the last few days and just log in and check and it says in the USCIS website right at this very moment..Lol. that our papers "My Case Was Sent to The Department of State on May 18,2017". We haven't called the NVC yet for the NVC case number and IIN. I'm flying again in the US to visit my husband next week. So hopefully, we can already get those numbers. Keep Positive!!!!

We did the same thing thinking Texas would process the 129F quicker so my husband would be with me while the I130 is pending. Instead Texas sent the I129F to Nebraska to sit on the shelf with our I130. Both pending the same.

That's what I'm saying too.  Cause my estimated time keep jumping up.   When I signed on to this site a month ago. I was on June 7.  It now says June 25.  Yesterday 24 day before 23.  And so forth.  Boy this process is stressful

USCIS Update their site like every 35 days.  And it's always 2 months behind.  So not as helpful as it should be

When I checked USCIS last night it said on November 1 we received, blah blah, then when I checked this morning the status was changed I almost closed the page before I realized it was approved! Lol

On the app you can search for a particular case number and see 500 cases around it ...... they show their status there. It's a guess work to find a case number around a particular date unless you know a case number which was approved. Or you can back track from your case number and do the searches. Hope this helps.

Hello ,

my husband filled for me i-130 from Seattle and we got NOA1  it says PD nov 18 2016 

 

it has been sent to California service center, and its been more than 6 momths now and still didn't get an answer 

anyone know the time frame for california center??

I must have the wrong app.  Cause I put look up case and it only shows for the case number I put in ..   what option do I press to search the 500 case around it
