Mine is not in Nebraska anymore. It's in my local office. I don't know what's taking them so long... :( I'm starting to lose hope and I am Nov 7th....My lawyer said it's normal because USCIS is slow, but she will help us submit inquiry to osbusman.

Yhwinnie, did you receive any notification as to why your case was transferred to your local office? Yes I agree it’s taking to long. Calling uscis and submitting inquires and involving your congressman is what many people have done and honestly I don’t know if any of it made a difference or not.

I myself have a Lawyer and I found out the hard way that yes you go to them paying money and they give u all this hope and sounding good information abt the process of how your case will go and in the end the Lawyer takes your money and in my case not once placed an inquiry as to why my case was taking long or even gave me hope. My lawyer filed a K3 for my husband to come join me while the 1-130 waited to be approved but the K3 rarely are even approved, so my lawyer in my eyes did nothing but take my money, so I pray Your Lawyer is actually placing calls and inquires on your behalf. We pay for services and should by all means receive them..

I pray you hear something very soon..

Pls keep us posted...

Our case is in my local office because we had an interview for I-130. They told us to wait 3 months after the interview. I've already waited 2 months and 10 days. I can't believe they need to take 3 months to make a simple decision based on our interview. It's so sloooooooww..... I've already called and talked to tier 2, tier 2 just told me no decision has been made yet. I submitted online inquiry, it told me case is still in processing time. Thanks for praying for me.

We got approved!  PD Nov. 28, 2016.

Hubby finally got to talk to a Tier 2 yesterday, after we got news that our I-129f was closed last Dec. 1.  Our I-130 was approved on the same date and the notice has been mailed Dec. 4.  One step closer to permanently being together!

Hope the remaining November 2016 get their approvals soon!

Congratulations 🎉🎉🤗🤗 They close K3 in 99% case, oh well. Good luck with the rest of your journey.May it be faster❣️

I called USCIS just now.. (noon), and requested to talk to a tier 2. The person on the phone told me to call back at 8 am tomorrow because she can't transfer me at the moment.. uh... why?

This is just an expedite on a service request, not to have your case expidited, seems your lawyer would do better than this, I did this and in four days I got  an email stating it was on an officers desk and at his desrection would be expidited, within one week I got it approval, only an expidited to have someone to look at your case
