Hubby finally got to talk to a Tier 2 yesterday, after we got news that our I-129f was closed last Dec. 1.  Our I-130 was approved on the same date and the notice has been mailed Dec. 4.  One step closer to permanently being together!

 

Hope the remaining November 2016 get their approvals soon!

After 329 days, GUESS WE ARE APPROVED YOU GUYSSSS 😊😊😊😊 Will be sure when we receive the letter in mail lol  p.s. I also found out they terminated our K3....People who said i129f is waste of time

I hope they will start on November petitions soon. My patience starts to run out after almost 6 months of waiting. I know i am not the only one waiting this long..but aaarrrghhhh..

I figure it out from people who surround me and who applied for i130 they got their approvals after 13 months I’m waiting for 16 december but it’s just my observation. Hope for the best
