I130 November 2016 filers

I also got a text message, followed by an email, a few hours ago, saying that my K3 case was closed as benefit was received by another means.  I hope it means an approval!

 

However, there's still no notice on my daughter's K3. And none on both the I-130s.

Yes, applied at the same time, in the same packet. Did they tell you your I130 got approved when you called them last Monday?

Thanks for the tip.  My husband will call tomorrow. Nervous yet excited. 

 

What's happening now for you at the NVC? Is there a reference site where I can see current processing times at the NVC and interview status per country?

Once my file is received by NVC then I will be given a case # and that’s where i will begin their process. I will give u all info u will need. Keep me posted on your good news... Start believing because you are Approved.  😀

It's for the next step to once your i130 is approved.  Getting close to my husband getting his interview date.

We got approved!  PD Nov. 28, 2016.

 

Hubby finally got to talk to a Tier 2 yesterday, after we got news that our I-129f was closed last Dec. 1.  Our I-130 was approved on the same date and the notice has been mailed Dec. 4.  One step closer to permanently being together!

 

Hope the remaining November 2016 get their approvals soon!
