In 18 days, we would already have waited for ONE YEAR to hear from Nebraska. I am here in the USA with my husband for a very brief visit but have to go home to my country this weekend.  Sad to leave him!

 

My case inquiry got a response last Nov 7, saying we are in line for an officer to review our case. We have been in line for 347 days, for goodness' sake!

Did u come to visit on a visitor visa?

I believe they generate those emails just to shut us up. I got email Nov 6 saying my case is being reviewed by a officer. 

How long u going to look at it? Over a yr??

im shy oh abt 20 days at being 1 yr at slowbraska

Yup, B1/B2 visa which I already had before applying for the I130.  No questions asked at the airport except if I was the mom of the young girl, as I travelled with my daughter.

 

We're just two days apart, Sundee. I can't wait 'til all of this is over.

I second that. I don’t drink but the day all this is over and my husband lands where we are to live, I swear I will celebrate 🎉 and have a glass 🥃 of 🍾 champagne 🥂 or 2.

Glad you were able to come visit your hubby. I want to see my hubby but can’t afford to. This is making me even more depressed. Just pls Nebraska get me out of your shelf and dust me off and mail me out to next stage...

Tier 2 just confirmed our I-130 was approved yesterday. No updates online nor text/emails.

I-129 F was closed last Thursday.

 

I'll update my timeline when I receive the notice in the mail.

So disappointing. Submitted an online inquiry on Oct 17th and should be expecting to hear back on Nov. 8th. Up until now it has not been assigned to an officer yet.
