I130 November 2016 filers

In about 4 days, I will reach the mark of waiting for a year.... T.T Can't believe I've waited almost a year and I am still waiting....

We're almost close to one year waiting for our NOA 2.  

Nothing done thru the congressman's office, except for them to inquire and get the same answers as we did on our own.

USCIS said they sent a reply to our online inquiry last Oct 17, haven't gotten one thru the mail.

So frustrating especially since while tracking other NOA 1s of Nov 28, 2016, I came across a few who got their approvals less than one month after!

It happened to me....few days after that notification we received approval letter for i130....so it's good news💃🏻💃🏻🎉🎉

Welcome to world of the Uscis. I was told they emailed me a response to my inquiry and did I get it... Heck No....Requested expedite and no response from that either.

Same for us, service request, wait 60 days for the third time, two tier done an expedite service request should hear something within five days.. Tick tock.. Nothing.. call back on Friday if you don't hear anything, did I call back.. No, why should I? It's the same story, I miss my husband so much

Yes I requested expedite Oct 18 and most definite 5 days have passed. Yeah tick, tock & knock, knock I’m home and need a reply Nebraska. Need approval.

Our case has finally been approved as of November 3, 2017. I can stop crying. Our PD November 23, 2016.

Went to local uscis office today. At background check. No idea of how long as another unit is handling it. Not sure what triggered it. Possibly overstay. Advised to get a lawyer
