I received the notice Oct 5 by email and letter a week later in the mail. I just mailed what they asked for (passport photos) on Monday evening. I did next day delivery. They got them today. My date is November 23, 2016.

Okay! Hopefully is quick.. I mean the evidence they need from you, I feel like it's just looking at it and can be determined right away whether to approve your case or not. So I hope they approve it fast for you!!

I had the interview for I-130 on September 22nd. I haven't heard back... It's driving me crazy.

 I totally understand how you feel. Don't understand a while would it take them so long to make a decision after your interview. I pray that you get an answer soon.

I don't understand too. I gave a lot of evidence, but I heard from people that they play mental game with you. My husband is in removal proceedings but it's administratively close now, so they like purposely delay it to see whether your marriage is real or not after a long wait. Honestly I think that's not fair. Instead of delaying, they could just send someone to our place to see if we are a real couple. That's all just my thought not sure if they are really purposely delaying our case.

The way that they are handling these cases just make you think outside the box and think crazy things. Just remember there are so many people that played the system that makes it even harder for those who have a true marriage. It would be nice if they could come check your house see that it is really. I wish my husband was here. He is South Africa.  Can't wait for December to get here so we can spend the holiday together. I believe that everything is going to work out for all of our good. Anything worth having is worth waiting/fighting  for.

That's true. Too many people played the system  and we gotta suffer from what they have done. Thanks and I hope you get your result soon as well.

Just pls let my husband get here and come check my house any time you please. All us good people are suffering from you bad ones that played the system and it’s reficilious how long this is taking..

FINALLY!!! I mean FINALLY I received my APPROVAL letter. PD Nov 29, Approval Date Oct 20, Letter received on Oct 27th. Hope you guys hear soon regarding your case. It has been an insane journey, but Faith is what kept me going. Good Luck everyone still waiting on their case especially Nov and Dec 2016 Filers.
