After 329 days, GUESS WE ARE APPROVED YOU GUYSSSS 😊😊😊😊 Will be sure when we receive the letter in mail lol  p.s. I also found out they terminated our K3....People who said i129f is waste of time

I hope they will start on November petitions soon. My patience starts to run out after almost 6 months of waiting. I know i am not the only one waiting this long..but aaarrrghhhh..

Hehe, guilty too... need to get another hobby! This checking USCIS everyday thing is turning into an addiction... ;-)

I feel for you man, I really hope you get approval really soon , 

i assume you tried all the contacting steps you can take ?  (  i know most don't do anything but just a glimmer of hope ?? ) 

have you also tried making an Infopass Appointment to near by USCIS office and speaking to one of their officer directly ?   i heard they can pull up in depth details on your case ( more then what call agents can do )   and find out what's going on sometimes and maybe can help

I have tried calling and everything. Actually we got some action on our case which is to interview. I interviewed for the I-130... last month. I am waiting for an approval based on the interview. So I can't really do anything until I've waited 90 days so it's like a new waiting game for me. My case is a bit different than you guys' case. My lawyer also told me that I can only wait until the 90 days passed to take further action, but I was actually stubborn and called USCIS again and submitted an online inquiry because I've already waited 30 days. I am just sick of this because next month on the 7th, I would have been waiting for one year!!! After this I-130, we still have other steps to take in order to apply for the Green card, so... that's why I don't have patience anymore.

oh i see now , you are already in the USA ? , 

at least that's good that you are with your spouse  ( i think  ? )   so thats good

Yes, My husband is in the USA. I am the petitioner. It's good, but he misses his family so bad.

Congratulations ,  so glad you are finally approved , i can't imagine waiting almost a year for just FIRST step of this process. .. , so glad you are out of Nebraska :)
