Hi Guys, i just received this update on my I-129F petition, doe this mean my I-130 has been approved?? there has been no status updates on the I-130 online....confused. I wonder if this I-129F application caused this massive wait! So not fair :(  335 days since last status change today.

Hey i think this might mean that your i130 is accepted....our i129f was terminated only because they accepted our i130 !

Amber87, that's a good sign. Once your 1-129 is closed is usually means the 1-130 will be approved. Another lady I talk to just had the same thing happen to her. Uscis closed her 1-129 then she got approved, so any day now you will get notification or cqll and ask to speak to a tier 2

My husband just called and they told him the I-130 has been approved and they have sent a letter today!!! 😊😊😊 PD Nov 16 - 335 days, no updates online yet. Is there anyway to change the address to outside of the USA so we get the mail here in Australia?? He will be back with me in Australia next week but the officer say it has to be sent to a US domicile 😳, we won't in the US to get the mail 😳😁 will NVC allow us to get mail sent to Australia?

Hmmm.. I think now that you know it, you don't really need the physical mail right? Or to whichever address it is sent to in the US, forward it to Australia? You can set up PO box in the United States and have the post office forward it. Congrats by the way!!! Happy for you! I know how long you guys have been waiting and how painful the wait could be. :(

Congratulations to everyone that got their approvals today.:jest:

Finally got my RFE letter 10/14 after 300 + days and they need us to send passport photos. Then said it can take 60 days from the day received to complete decision. Mind you they were sent in the first time. My husband sent his to me through DHL this weekend should have it Wednesday. Then it's going to them next day delivery.

I put in a service request on 18-Sep-2017. Today they MAILED a response rather than sending an email.

I'll get the letter by the end of the week and most likely it will be a bunch of BS asking us to wait for 60 days.

I'll keep you guys posted.

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box

I put in a service request too and was told to expect a response by Oct 10. Today, on the USCIS website, they said that they "sent" a response to this request. Nothing on my email, not sure if it meant "by mail".

Same here. They said expect an answer by the 10th.

So, I guess we will receive mail by the end of the week with the message to wait 60 days.
