Hey... this is my first post here and I've started to lose patience too :(

We filed in November and got the notice that they had received our package (November 28th)

Our case number starts with LIN, and I know that's Nebraska but we filed in California.

Hoping Nevraska speeds up!!

Currently I think it's a little over 5 months on average. Is that right?

It's more like 6+ months on average..?

I'm getting frustrated too! Almost 4 months waiting and to think that a lot of people say that the Philippines gets a shorter time frame. I'm hoping and praying we hear from them soon. No RFEs so far.  My husband says that he has tried to call but the phone isn't picked up at all.

Hello All, I hope all are doing well and just hang in there is what I feel. I have been keeping track of the processing times for quite sometime now and the way it works is USCIS posts data on the 15th of every month. The data shows the date of the application that they were currently processing with a 45 day gap. So for example on 15th of March USCIS posted data for applications that they were working on 31st Jan. I have some bad news and being a Nov filer I expected to hear from them sometime after Good Friday based on the processing times. Like I said I was tracking the processing and below are some details:

On Feb 15th data (45days lag i.e. 31st Dec, 2016)  posted shows USCIS working on applications submitted on August 2nd 2016

On March 15th data (45 day gap..Jan 31st 2017) shows that they are currently working on applications for August 9th 2016

So in a month and applications for one week were processed but other centers moved pretty rapidly. It could also be an error as I have seen the data changed too and I hope that's the case.

If you want to see the data published by USCIS below is the link:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

Whatever the case, hang in and we are almost there. God Bless and have a wonderful day
