Idk how to reply to a post... but Yhwinnie, I don't think it hurts to call if that'll calm your nerves. I know I've called sometimes very often and other times, I'm just too mentally exhausted/depressed to do so. I know some people say that it negatively impact your case when you call too often, I'm not sure. Finally got my approval letter in the mail today. PD 11/25/16. God is good! Praise Him! You'll get your approval when you least expect it.

Congratulatlons.  Me too.  Same PD date

To all fellow November 2016 I-130 fillers:

October is our month now. That's it, October is our month.

I have a feeling lots of us will be approved this week and the rest of us will be done the week after.

Stay strong and keep hope.

Hi, My PD is same as yours... hopefully we will hear something on the same day. Good Luck!!!

I have a new theory on the delay here:

I believe that all of us who filed I-129F for K3 with the I-130 are bound by the I-129F timeline.

My I-129F is dated 18-Jan.

So I believe we are not getting approved for another month at least

It is unbelievable that I-130 November 2016 filers still have not been approved! \

Next month is November and will be almost 1 year. 1 year is almost when everything should be completed or at least at the NVC stage.

It is very sad... My husband and I was just talking about that today. As we plan my trip to South Africa in December.
