Congratulations! When it says that you can check the status of your case after six weeks, does that mean it will take six more weeks to get an interview?

No....I'm not in states , my interview will be in my country....so going to wait on that one much longer....what they meant by calling in 6 weeks to check is to get new case number....but everyone says it takes less time and to call them after 2,3 weeks not 6 weeks....we will see !!

Just for a record we received hard copy in the mail today...and seems we were accepted on sept 26, not sept 29....and when it comes to i129f as i said, they just terminate it as soon as i130 is accepted....no use of it, but can only slow down your case process while waiting for NOA2.

Anyways I pray that all of you November fillers get all accepted by the end of this October month....it's about time!!

To all fellow November 2016 I-130 fillers:

October is our month now. That's it, October is our month.

I have a feeling lots of us will be approved this week and the rest of us will be done the week after.

Stay strong and keep hope.

Hi guys,

It has been a week since our I-130 interview. We still have not received any mail or online updates. I am wondering if I should call again to speak to a tier-2 rep. I mean it is a bit too early (I've been waiting for a week only after interview, but this has been stressing me out so much). It's actually not just a week I've been waiting. If I include the previous months, I've been waiting for 10 months already. Do you think it's too early to call?

I'm so stressed every single day. I think I will be the last person getting approve from the November filers.

After 329 days, GUESS WE ARE APPROVED YOU GUYSSSS 😊😊😊😊 Will be sure when we receive the letter in mail lol

p.s. I also found out they terminated our K3....People who said i129f is waste of time and makes no difference we're right....so lesson is: Do not apply for K3 ....it can make your case go slower because it's an extra work !!

Idk how to reply to a post... but Yhwinnie, I don't think it hurts to call if that'll calm your nerves. I know I've called sometimes very often and other times, I'm just too mentally exhausted/depressed to do so. I know some people say that it negatively impact your case when you call too often, I'm not sure. Finally got my approval letter in the mail today. PD 11/25/16. God is good! Praise Him! You'll get your approval when you least expect it.
