My voice was heard and now am following up sending the Osbudsman Organization a email to reiterate my complaints against Nebraska Service Center of their poor performance and slowness of processing cases.

What I can say, is it is getting looked into. We the people deserve fair due just treatment and processed in timely matter as other service centers are doing..

I will continue this fight. We have rights and I truly believe my voice was heard as I expressed on the unfairness and of the  undue stress and suffering we are going through in Nebraska. We sit back seeing other service centers  processing in 5-6 months and when we call to inquire we can't even get a straight answer...

I contacted my Congress office on 9/27/17. They told me that I should hear from them in 5 days. It didn't take that long. So here is the reply from the service center.

 

Same bs..... So unhappy
