Yes! Go Sundee! Let's expose what's happening so at least future filers dont have to go through this. Congrats and good luck!

I contacted my Congress office today so they check on my case. They informed my I should hear something in 5 days.  Looking forward to seeing what the outcome will be.

So, I spoke with Tier 2 3 days in a row with 3 different answers every time:

1- Monday: Your case is assigned to an officer and they are actively working on it.

2- Tuesday: There is no way for us to tell if your case is assigned to somebody right now, what they told you yesterday is just someone's opinion.

3- Wednesday: There is nothing we can tell about the case except that you have to wait for 60 days, the case is still pending, so just wait until the next processing time update and then call us if your case has not been processed by then.

 

What a bunch of f-ups

Don't let it affect you....Stressing won't change anything, save your health....my husband and I are on day 328....We did inquiry and never got an answer(should got an answer by sept 14th)....then my husband called million of times and finally got an officer but they said they will call back...after an hour they auto call him and we were 15minutes on hold till finally we got an officer to speak who between sounded like very very old man, like 90 year old bless his soul lol spoke with him so long and he couldn't say nothing but that our case is still in process..at the end he sent on his behalf an inquiry to service and said we should get answer by October 6th....so yeah,waiting again....we will see 🤷🏻‍♀️

Waiting is painful. I have been waiting for my result after the interview. I mean how long does it really take to make a decision after the I-130 interview? If they want more evidence then hurry up and update it so I can prepare those evidence. If they want to deny it it, hurry up so I can submit an appeal. Like I have been waiting for 10 months for the interview, and now do I have to wait an extra 3 months to get a response to my case? This is so frustrating and depressing!!!!!!!!! It's causing me to think about it like every second and I can't even focus much on work etc. Sigh..

I know.... but try to be positive, at the end of the day it's worth it, because when it's all over, we will be with our spouses for good !!
