I received the noir at end of may, uscis received our rebuttal on June 17/2016, now five months later I get a text msg that our case status updated, another identical noir has been sent! Why.. I called uscis he said don't panic it's not a denial or it would say denied, it could be they want something else again and are about to make a decision,has this happened to anyone befor? I'm nervous, I was also told I'd receive it in the mail by the 22nd,

What exactly message on uscis says?

It read, revocation notice sent.

We will explain our decision for this action

please follow any instructions and submit any material if asked.

When I called uscis the guy asked me does it say denied? I told him no, but revocation means to take away, lol, so I called again the next day a woman said it doesn't nessaceraly mean denied, lol I'm thinking the letter will just tell me how to appeal, then when I look online at Ceac, it still says administrative proccesing like it has been for two yrs, so I wait for the mail to see what's going on and what can I do, this is heart wrenching

I am so sorry to hear this. I am still hoping its something you can fix easily. the ceac website is crazy. Mince changed after 1 yr saying expiring soon. After the 2 yr mark said expired and that they destroyed my file. I almost had a heart attack. Now its back to administrative process again. I will be praying you hear good news soon

Thank you, no matter what they say we still married and in love, I'll refile if I have too, I'll know more one I get my letter and see our options, good luck to Yall! It's horrible how irresponsible they all can be..
