Received SMS Notification. Is it NOA1?

My fiance (the petitioner) received this SMS today. I'm pretty sure that this is NOA1 and the official form is going to be sent to his mailing address later this week. I just want to make sure that it is indeed NOA1. I attached the image on this post.

Any help or confirmation would gladly be appreciated. Thank you!

Yes that's NOA1...you can check on USCIS website as well...enter that WAC number in the check my status option.

When did you post your petition? I am wondering how long it is likely to take before we get ours (only posted it on Monday)

Can vary. Usually 1-2 weeks for NOA1.

Also can check to see if they cashed the check you sent in for filing(if you sent a check that is). That's always a good indicator,

THis is my first post on Visa Journey! Anyways, I followed the instructions on the USCIS web page to the letter. I sent my I-129F off to the Direct mailing address in Tx. I did not enclose a check in my envelope because the USCIS webpage clearly states the the payment of fees is required at the time of the interview. Nowhere on the USCIS page does it state a check must be mailed with the I-129F. If I am wrong please correct me, because it has added a level of unwanted stress to my life!

Hi Ryan, we sent a cheque for $340 - I'm pretty sure it was in the instructions for filing. (Here and on the Uscis site). I think if you haven't sent it and you should have they'll just contact you with a request for payment.

Hi Ryan, I checked - and yes - it is in the instructions for completing the form

There is a link for checking the fees too. It was $340 when we filed earlier this week.

Please make your own topic instead of hijacking another one. But it's clearly stated that the fee for the petition has to be included while sending the package when you open the PDF file on the USCIS website
